Solved: Have Tried 2 Monitors Not Working

I have tried a few things to fix this problem but to no avail, this is what I have attempted: - Redownloading/installing the latest Vista drivers for my video card - It worked perfectly fine for the first 2 weeks, now my laptop doesn't even detect the screen. i cannot remember how but i managed to find a solution online and fix it. There is nothing wrong with the second monitor, the built in mic works, the built in web-cam work but it will not 'see' the signal from the Dell desktop. I got the Win10 64 driver from the AMD site.
