I would recommend that you use the Norton removal tool which can be found in uninstaller tools here. Substitute Norton for AGV wording. If you find anything to do with it, delete. Just after it booted I saw Norton download manager on desktop and another desktop folder for Norton install files. Deleted them and they reappeared.
