Those authorized to help with malware issues have a gold shield next to their name and authorized malware removal trainees have a blue shield next to their names. I do want to mention, however, that Viewpoint was a media player and I am worried that this media player was something my sister might have needed for college. I looked for it in add/remove programs but didn't find it however there is a group for it in the start menu so am unsure how to get rid of it. or read our Welcome Guide to learn how to use this site.
