Please contact the MyBB Group for support. Never heard of the registry editor opening when running it before. I have run Spybot Search and Destroy, and Hijackthis and I still keep getting popups. You seem to have CSS turned off.

So far nothing is working and I am frustrated.... Thank you for helping me and sorry this is so long. The AnalyzeThis function has never worked afaik, should have been deleted long ago. So that is what I will do.
