Even same brand and same kit. You just have to make sure that the specific model you choose is supported by your motherboard. If you go Skylake you will need new RAM as well. I don't know if you'll need these but my PSU is 300 watts and my GPU is an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 TI.
