Solved: Help Getting ATI Radeon 9250 Working

I remembered everything going fine expect some gtk+ version related issue. Re: Can't get my Radeon 9250 working with Ubuntu This is a problem of karmic and the open source ati/radeon driver, I'm afraid. In parentheses next to RADEON 9250 is (Microsoft Corporation-XDDM); driver version is; driver date is 8/15/2006. What's New? http://visu3d.com/solved-help/solved-help-i-just-bought-a-radeon-hd-6950.html

Able to surf the net okay (again, no videos). Right were I started. SOS Lifesaver Suggestion Box Girl Talk R.U.S.E. I chrooted from live and tried to download the via de mhwd-kernel feature.

On the bright side I got to install the .RUN file I d-loaded from ATI, but this next step won't work: Code: aticonfig --initial -f I get this: Code: aticonfig: No vBulletin 2000 - 2017, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. Now I have my monitor on non-wide screen (3/4), The graphics glitches have stopped, but I can't change the resolution at all. The time now is 06:44.

After many troubles trying to get the hting to work, i finally noticed that one of the slot connectors, the tiny minuscule gold conductors on the card itself was scraped off!!!!!! He is unable to upgrade to Win 10 due to his onboard Nvidia 6150 SE Geforce 430 graphics chip. seavixen32 View Public Profile Find More Posts by seavixen32 09 Jan 2012 #4 bobkn Windows 7 Pro X64 SP1 2,615 posts Danbury, CT You could try these: http://www.dmmdownload.com/downloads...32_Ver_6_2.zip see here For starters there is zero support for any card made before the HD 2xxx series in them, so they will not install.

Then how is i supposed to help people fix their filesystems? In fact that download you linked to is nothing more than the last XP driver for it, just renamed to include Windows 7 in the file name.

  • Also even if you did somehow manage to find and install a driver, that card is below spec for Windows 10.
