Thank you!The only difference for me is when I tried to install the video driver, I got an 'installation failed'. Was having the same problem, this worked for me! NVidia updated most of its drivers to be combatable with windows 10. Either that or your mobo is a lemon and you have to RMA it.

Here is my issue with windows 10 in detail. I had the same problem, with my GTX760. I'm fairly sure the problem is with Microsoft, not NVIDIA. It didn't detect that i have plugged any new hardware.

I checked my graphics settings and according to the Device Manager I only have the "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter". The PSU is a RaidMax RX-5005 500w.The only other thing I can think of is that the video card has 2 x 6pin slots. Hence, definitely you might need to connect 2 6-pin cables I think.
