But still my desktop is showing the same thing. Typical Microsoft, they will write suggestions on how to fix it, but they don't bother to just update the software to fix the problem for good. To others having the issue - Download the file on a removable disk in another pc (i.e. It's not your wireless router, DNS, DHCP etc... The most ridiculously easy solution was to unplug the LAN cable from Port 1 and re-insert into Port 2 with the computer on.
