I checked it, checked "sync" down in the corner and instantly all my music loaded. Click on the + next to the iTunes folder and move the saved folder to the automatically add to iTunes. but since they arent "purchased" from I tunes although I am syncing manually they are not being transferred.. Select 'manually manage music' and create a playlist by adding the songs you want in your iPod. Solved! Unless there is another trick to it, I don't see a way around that. Luckily the community team will be able to force that behaviour out for you.
